Richard Paul Clark- Malden Catholic Board of Trustees

I am honored to join the Board of Trustees at Malden Catholic High School, an institution that has had a profound impact on my life. As a graduate, I can confidently say that Malden Catholic shaped my academic and social trajectory, instilling the discipline and foundation I needed to succeed in college and throughout my career.

Malden Catholic has experienced remarkable growth and innovation in recent years. It is now the fastest-growing high school in New England, with enrollment increasing from approximately 500 students to nearly 900 over the past five years, a testament to the overwhelming success of its co-divisional model. This unique approach provides separate academic programming for young men and women within the same school, offering tailored educational experiences. The school has also expanded its offerings by establishing a girls’ division in 2018 and plans to open a 7th and 8th-grade division in September 2025. Additionally, the campus is undergoing significant development to enhance academics, athletics, and student life.

After graduating from MC, I earned my degree in Public Administration from Stonehill College and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My professional journey has spanned over three decades, including leading financial strategy and transformational programs at Accenture. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the importance of a strong educational foundation and the role of innovation in shaping futures.

Malden Catholic’s commitment to excellence, particularly its focus on STEM education, resonates deeply with me. As someone who has worked at the intersection of technology and business, I am passionate about ensuring students are prepared to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Returning to Malden Catholic in this capacity feels like coming full circle. I look forward to supporting the school’s mission to develop young leaders of character, faith, and service while helping advance its legacy of academic and personal excellence.
